Gain an Edge Over the Competition with Robot Leasing
Widely used in modern manufacturing systems, a pick n place robot is a type of automation that speeds up the manufacturing and assembly process in industries. They can easily handle repetitive tasks and can do them at a much faster rate thereby increasing the production speeds. The Pick n Place robots available with us are new models which have been inspected for its quality and functionality.
Pick n place robots usually have a stable base onto which they are positioned. They have flexible sturdy arms that allow easy maneuvering of complex positions. Their advanced vision systems help them to identify, grasp and move objects from place to place. What’s interesting about these Pick n Place robots is that their arms can be customized with various arm tools that enable them to aid in a wide range of applications from bin picking to box packing.
Benefits of Pick n Place Robots
- Improved accuracy
- Enhanced process speed
- Stable and consistent
- Ergonomic design
- Cost efficient
- Easy to customize
Types of Pick n Place robots

Robotic arm
One of the most commonly used types of robot, which helps pick up objects and place them at the allocated designation. A 5-arm robot is the standard type for major applications whereas the 6-arm robot performs complicated twists and turns and is used for complex applications.

Cartesian
Similar to 6 arm robots, cartesian robots work and move in three orthogonal axes using cartesian coordinates. They are more preferable to 6 arm robots because of their improved positioning accuracy.

Delta
These robots come with advanced vision technologies which help them pick up objects as a group and assemble them in patterns. They usually have three arms than operate on four axes and are able to distinguish various sizes, shapes and colors

Fast Pick robots
Fast Pick robots are used for most medium and high-volume operations as they fully automate the picking process. These robots are ideal for high velocity SKUs and can pick up 300 SKUs per hour.
